Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Malvasia Nero. Certified organic. A traditional Tuscan field blend from 2 small vineyards planted in 1967 & 1980. Hand harvest, natural ferment in concrete and then 18 months of aging in used wood. 1 more year of aging in bottle before release. Natural wine, but make it classic.
