Douro Field Blend. A delicious light red (?!?) from authentic one man show, Tiago Sampaio. From 80+ year old vines planted on schist and granite soils. More than 25 grape varieties, both red and white are all hand harvested. Spontaneous fermentation for 3 weeks in big granite lagars (1000L) and then 6 months on the lees. Aged 6 months in a combination of chestnut oak and concrete. Unfined & unfiltered.
