100% Sauvignon Blanc. Waxy yellow apple and haystack aromas do their best to stay lively and fresh. The palate is solid but only modestly bright and popping. Apple, green herb and lettuce-like flavors evaporate quickly on the finish. Light, citrus and fruity!
