100% Cabernet Sauvignon. The idea is richness yet restraint - allowing this Cabernet to be paired with an array of cuisines or simply enjoyed on its own. On the nose, there are lovely aromas of Satsuma plum, red currant, anise, and a dusting of baking spices from the French oak aging. Silky on its feet, with redcurrant and menthol flavors given cut by harmonious acidity. The savory finish features smooth tannins and lingering spiciness.
