100% Fiano. Certified biodynamic. This natural expression of the classic Campanian grape Fiano is hearty and deeply textured, partially due to 2 days of maceration during fermentation. Aged in stainless steel for a few months and then rested in bottle for 2 more before release. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfur.
