Ronco Severo, Friulano

100% Friulano. Natural, Organic prolonged skin macerations and no filtration of the wine. Coppery yellow color. The intense, pronounced bouquet is of acacia blossoms. Fruity when young, it develops back notes o f dry hay, fresh walnuts and toasted almonds as it ages. Good on its own and even as an aperitif, great with San Daniele Ham.
