This is the only wine made with the cinsault variety that Roberto Henríquez includes in his catalog, and to make it, he turns to very old vines in the Itata area, about eight kilometers from the sea in Coelemu. Here are all the details that make cinsault such a lovable variety. It has fresh red fruits everywhere, the cinsault's granite-like firm, taut, and rustic texture, and the floral touches that lend it complexity. This wine was fermented in concrete and then aged in the same container for about 14 months.
