100% Palomino Fino. Certified organic. Primitivo, is the fourth generation of his family to make wine in Chiclana and has been known in the sherry world for making intriguing wines. The winery is strategically located in the Atlantic area on the coasts of Cadiz, known for its albariza soil. It is a white chalky-looking soil typical of the southern region of Jerez. Socaire is recognized as one of the first white wine in the sherry triangle to explore the “whites from albariza” category. It combines aromas of the grapes with hints of flor, giving the wine secondary herbaceous aromas, a chalky character with a delicate salty finish.
