Pinhook, 'Bourbon Resolve' Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Pinhook’s 2023 flagship bourbon adheres to Co-founder and Master Blender, Sean Josephs’, ethos to produce the best annual vintage of Pinhook whiskeys rather than blend for a consistent profile, resulting in a fresh take on a familiar expression each year. Mash bill of 75% corn, 15% rye, and 10% malted barley; all grain non-GMO and locally sourced. Aged a minimum of 3 years. Warm aromas of butterscotch, dried apricot, and graham cracker on the nose transition to a palate of coffee, roasted peanuts, candied cinnamon, and crème brûlée. Non chill filtered and bottled at 50.74% abv.
