100% Chardonnay. Practicing organic. Peay Vineyards farms in a cold corner of the Sonoma coast, 4 miles from the Pacific and the cooling effect it produces. A leaner style of Chardonnay, it can best be described as a combination of chalky, citrus, apple and pear notes combined with vibrant energy from the brisk acidity. These are not rich, buttery and fat Chardonnays.
