Matias has experimented and created wines from various terroirs, always with his characterful imprint of pushing the envelope while holding the utmost respect and admiration for nature. This sustainably farmed wine is Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon from 2 vineyards at high altitudes in the Tupungato region of the Uco Valley, Argentina. 1 day on the skins, pressed and co-fermented in concrete. Aged for 6 months.
