Oscar Navas, Batussa Negre Conca de Barbera 2022

90% Trepat, 10% Macabeu. Organic. Starting in 2020, Oscar Navas began a new negoce project under the name "Batussa" sourcing organic grapes from Conca de Barberà and making a red-and-white duo. The idea was to make a delicious, affordable, natural wine that was fun to drink with friends in Barcelona and spread across the ocean to us here in NYC, thankfully too! This fresh and super drinkable red is hand harvested, and made via carbonic maceration in stainless steel tank.
