100% Garnacha. Biodynamic. Orly Lumbreras, former sound engineer, is making high elevation wines that practically vibrate! Milagritos is a blend of three vineyard sites, all over 1000m elevation on granitic sandy soils. Orly aims for gentle extraction, starting with soft foot treading with 20% stem inclusion, then 20 days of maceration.. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was pressed and raised in stainless steel tank and a couple of used french barrels for 8-9 months. A bright, red fruit driven expression of Garnacha with zippy acidity.
