Nowadays Wine, Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir is one of the most expressive and ethereal grapes in the world of wine, and Santa Barbara County is one of the best places in the world for it to grow. We worked with biodynamic and organically farmed fruit to produce this vivid wine that we aged for 6 months in old French oak barrels. We made no additions of yeast or anything else, save for a minimum amount of SO2 at unfiltered bottling. We taste dried herbs, raspberries, and black tea in this wine.
