Mouzon-Leroux, Champagne L'Atavique Tradition

Wine made from grapes grown without synthetic pesticides, fertilizers and herbicides in the vineyard. Certified in the country of origin. Mouzon-Leroux is just over 7 hectares in size, almost all in Verzy, split over 50 different plots. Almost 60% of the vineyards are planted to Pinot Noir, while Chardonnay makes up just under 40% alongside 4% Arbanne, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc & Pinot Gris. This bottling is based on 65% Chardonnay & Pinot Noir. Eighty percent of the base wine was fermented in French oak.
