Matthieu Barret is a 7th generation vigneron, joining his grandfather in Cornas in 1997. 100% Syrah. Farming : Certified Organic and Biodynamic. Fermentation : Hand sorted / 21 days of maceration in concrete eggs / racked and pressed to 50% eggs and 50% used oak. The wine is aged 2 years in concrete followed by 1 year in bottle before release.
