100% Sauvignon Blanc. Sourced from the villages of Sancerre, Chavignol (near Monts Damnés) and d’Amigny. Hand harvested and vinified in stainless steel. The wine is then aged on the lees for 10 months to add more depth. Bright and juicy with a crisp mineral edge.
