Limited Addition, Cabernet Franc Field Blend Eola-Amity Hills

Got excited when we learned Chad Stock had a new project. He and his wife Bree have started Limited Addition with the intention to produce low intervention wines showcasing some of the OTHER grapes grown around the Willamette Valley. This Cab Franc is bursting with soft, fleshy red fruit completely balanced with a touch of tart acidity, and is highly quaffable, but will totally stand up to a variety of proteins.
