Description
100% Chardonnay. Lilbert is a tiny grower (3.5 hectare) mostly in Cramant, with some in Chouilly & Oiry, all Grand Cru villages of the Cotes des Blanc. Perle is the rarest and most sought after wine, and comes from all three communes. It's bottled at lower pressure, making it particularly mineral and energetic on the palate.
