100% Cinsault. Certified organic. Deliciously drinky expression of 80 year Cinsault vines from Jean-Francois Nicq in the southern end of the Languedoc. Whole cluster fermentation for 7 days. The free run and press juices are blended, then the wine is aged for 6 months in cuve before being bottle by hand without any sulfur, fining nor filtration.
