80% Macabeu, 20% Grenache Blanc. From the folks at esteemed biodynamic estate Roc des Anges comes the l'Effet Papillon project. Fresh, finely made and food friendly. The blend is drawn from various sites consisting of young to old vines around the villages of Latour-de-France and Montner. The area is situated on the northern slopes of the Força Real mountain in the southern Roussillon near the Spanish border. Aged 6 months in stainless steel.
