80% Merlot, 20% Grenache. Certified organic. Juicy field blend from the Azzoni family in the Ardeche (Southern Rhone). Maceration of 13 days in whole bunches before pressing. Vinification and aging in stainless steel vats. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfur.
