100% Malvasia de Sitges. Certified organic. Andreu & Xavi Padro started making their own wine in 2018 in Tarragona, Catalonia, but their family has been growing grapes and other fruit for 4 generations. The goal is to make light, fresh natural wines without sulfur from the native grapes of the region. The Malvasia de Sitges is from young vines grown on clay limestone soils. 25 day infusion-style maceration on the skins and then 10 months aging in stainless steel. Vibrant, with fleshy stone fruit notes, a touch of wax on the texture and an elegant finish.
