100% Gamay. Organic. En Remont is sourced from Julie's 3.2 hectare parcel of Fleurie and not made every vintage. The vines are grown in a sector of the hill with granite and quartz. As with all of her cuvees, it's bottled unfined, unfiltered and without sulfur.
