Jochen Beurer was an actual European BMX champion before wine, and brings that same intensity to his farming in Wurttemberg. Among winemakers in Germany, Beurer is revered and his whites and reds are nearly always considered among the greats. In der Luft (in the air) is an elegant field blend of white grapes that has lift and energy and a complex bundle of citrus, stone fruit, complex herbs. Refreshment, plain and not so simple.
