50% Pinot Noir, 50% Gamay. Hand harvest. Domaine Rochebin consists of 50 hectares of sustainably farmed vines located in Aze, the heart of the Mâconnais. Fully destemmed and then allowed to macerate for one week. Fermentation takes place in a temperature controlled stainless steel tank over a period of 7 days with one punch down per day. Mellow red fruit, bright and lively character on the palate.
