Herdade do Rocim, Mariana Rosé

Easygoing, vivaciously fruity, and very fresh, the Mariana shows notes of bright red berries, elder flower, and melon. A great summer sipper on its own or with seafood, oysters, or pizza. Very limited skin contact in the press. Cold fermentation for 14 days with wild yeasts. Bottled in December. No fining or filtration. Organic. Vegan.
