Henri Perrusset, Mâcon-Villages 2022

100% Chardonnay. Henri Perrusset’s vineyards and home are located in the small town of Farges-les-Mâcon, on the northernmost spur of the limestone subsoil that characterizes the appellation of Mâcon. The grapes are hand harvested, naturally fermented in temperature controlled tank and then ages in stainless steel for 8-10 months. Classic Southern Burgundy here, light green apple fruit, bright acidity and an underlying stony minerality.
