Description
100% Riesling. Sourced from 4 vineyards around the Finger Lakes. The grapes were harvested, basket pressed and then chilled. Each vineyard was fermented separately in stainless steel. Fermentation lasted 62 days at 53 degrees After blending the wine was aged in stainless for 8 months.
