100% Brachetto. Organic. Essentially Brachetto d'Acqui. Manual harvest and sort, de-stemmed and undergoing a 5-day maceration and aged in stainless steel. Refermentaion with unfermented must from the same pressing of grapes. The top of the pile for Italian sweet red wine.
