100% Baga sourced partially from Filipa and William?€?s estate vineyards in Ois do Bairro, and partially from other growers in various villages in Bairrada. Handpicked, fully destemmed, and fermented and raised entirely in tank with a very gentle extraction. The wine has a beautiful medium purple core with vibrant red fruit nuances. It is very fresh and clean with a slight herbal note. Fine supple tannins on the finish. This is a fine example of unoaked baga. Filipa Pato, the daughter of famed Portuguese winemaker Louis Pato. She branched out on her own in 2001 to craft traditional wines in Bairrada. She farms biodynamically and has a nonintrusive way in the cellar. Her wines are pretty, stylish and darn right irresistible! Her Dinamica Tinto is hard to beat, a great expression of Baga.
