80% Baga, 20% Bical. Practicing biodynamic. Filipa Pato, daughter of Barraida, and more specifically her papa Luis, the master of the Baga grape, is fully a star in her own right nowadays. The 3B wines (Baga & Bical from Barraida) are always elegant and super expressive. Primary fermentation with indigenous yeasts; base wine is unfined and unfiltered. Secondary fermentation via traditional method in bottle followed by nine months’ aging sur lies before disgorgement. No dosage.
