100% apples. Certified biodynamic. Eric Bordelet returned to his home of Normandy in 1992, leaving behind the Paris wine scene. Now he produces some of the world's best ciders, and is truly making a beverage of distinction. This is a blend of 40-50 types of apples, from mostly 50+ year old trees, ranging from bitter to tart to sweet. It's easy drinking, and almost dry.
