Since settling in Sicily in 2012 from his native Canary Islands, Eduardo Torres Acosta has made a point of celebrating the native grapes of Mount Etna. This field blend of most of the white grapes found in Sicily offers a delicate balance of stone fruit, minerality and a bright acidity.
