Dunites Wine Co., 'Ella' Pinot Noir San Luis Obispo Coast 2022

100% Pinot Noir. Organic. Tyler and Rachel Eck conceived “Dunites”: a showcase of the foggy San Luis Obispo Coast AVA from which grape contracts are specific to organically or bio-dynamically farmed blocks and a minimal-intervention cellar regimen is employed. For the "Ella', grapes were hand harvested with an average of 26% whole bunches retained. Fermentation took place by native yeast with no addition of SO2. Aged 8 months in neutral French oak barrels prior to bottling unfined & unfiltered. Minimal sulfur added at bottling.
