Domaine Vincent Ricard, Le Petiot Touraine Sauvingon 2023

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Organic. Vincent is the fifth generation of his family to run the estate, and chooses to farm organically. The Petiot is from 35-40 year old vines grown in gravelly limestone soils. Hand harvested and slow fermented for 3 weeks after the juice is pressed off. Aged 90% stainless steel on the lees and 10% in old barrels. Bright and zippy acidity! So fresh and so clean!
