50% Grenache/50% Syrah. Certified biodynamic. Carbonic maceration for 15 days, then 6 months neutral barrel aging. Stéphane Morin started as a fashion photographer in Paris before making the move in 2005 to his 12h. estate in the foothills of the Pyrénées. All of Stéphane's cuvées are produced organically, biodynamically, and without any added sulfur. Bottle Neck is medium bodied with red fruit, some peppery spice and should be consumed as soon as possible.
