100% Pinot Noir. Founded in 2013, Domaine la Pascerette des Vignes is the project of Celine Robertgeot. The estate is located on the slopes of South Burgundy, Maconnais, in Sologny. The vines are intertwined with pastures and forests and Celine also raises sheep. Minimal intervention is the philosophy in the cellar, and with farming practices. The Bourgogne Rouge features bright fruits on the palate, with supple tannins and elegant structure.
