Domaine du Jas, Côtes du Rhône Cuvée Prestige

A blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah, both planted in 1987 on clay soils. The Grenache is raised in cement, where the Syrah is raised in older oak casks. Domaine du Jas has farmed organically since 2001, and is committed to native Rhône varieties and classically styled wines.
