Domaine Corsin, Saint-Véran Vieilles Vignes

100% Chardonnay. From forty year old vines, on northeast facing clay-limestone hillsides above the village of Davayé, the grapes were hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks, after which one third of the wine was matured in a mix of used barrels for eight months.
