100% Chenin Blanc. Certified organic. The wines from Savennieres can lay claim to being some of the most intense and age worthy Chenins in the world. Tessa Laroche has continued the success of the estate, started by her mother in 1981. Finely chiseled minerality with elegant fruit, the wines aren't hidden behind a wall of oak (aged in a mix of tank & wood) like some of their neighbors. The 2020 Domaine aux Moines has a lighter weight than some previous vintages and is perfect for both early drinking and long holding.
