Cabernet Franc, Cot, Gamay, Cab Sauvignon, Pinot Noit. Organic. 'Beton' means concrete in French and this wine takes its name from the distinct concrete vessels in which it's made. Taking inspiration from the Loire Valley, this wine is, every year, a celebration of mellow earthiness with a distinct food friendly elegance.
