Didier Grappe, Chardonnay Longefin Cotes du Jura Blanc

Low to medium oxidation, medium bodied, long length, electric acidity, earthy, and nutty. White wine made from 100% Savagnin Pressé grapes that are gently pressed and fermented in fiberglass and stainless steel tanks with native yeasts, made in the ouillé, 'topped up' style. The wine is bottled without filtering, clarifying or adding sulphur. All our natural wines are low intervention, unfiltered, without any additives, sugars or sulphites. Created from grapes cultivated using organic or biodynamic farming.
