100% Chardonnay. Practicing organic. Vinified with native yeast in mostly old wooden barrels. Located in a small valley between St Aubin & St Romain in the Hautes Cotes de Beaune, they're making tiny amounts of elegant Chardonnay with a classic richness and underlying minerality.
