Cordero di Montezemolo, Langhe Arneis

100% Arneis. Certified organic. Vinified in stainless steel tanks, it ferments at a low temperature for several weeks and rests on its fine lees until late winter, when it is bottled and released in early spring. Bright acidity with green apple tartness and an underlying stony minerality.
