Combe, Vin Gris Stolpman Vineyards 2022

85% Trousseau, 15% Mondeuse. Organic. The Combe project is back and better than ever, working mostly with the Trousseau grape in Ballard Canyon (Santa Barbara County). Left whole-cluster un-crushed for one week prior to pressing, fermented in sealed stainless steel. Bottled unfiltered. Aged 4 months in neutral 500L French oak puncheons. Groovy texture, light and delicate with a touch of stone fruit.
