Today the estate counts 6 hectars under the direction of Benoit Aymard, third generation winemaker. Benoit only uses organic practices in the vineyard. Toujours Plus It is a generous wine made to be drunk young that reflects a very bright and juicy expression of Malbec. It shows berry fruits, supple tannins and refreshing acidity, and can even take a chill nicely.
