100% Fiano. Organic. Ciro Picariello has quickly become one of the star producers of Fiano di Avellino, the most important white of Campania and one of the great Italian white wines. The Fiano Irpinia is made from his four hectare vineyard at Summonte (600m elevation) planted in 1992. Native yeasts, stainless steel ferment and aging for 5 months, plus 2 in bottle. It shows off both the bright, high acidity the estate has become known for while also featuring rich texture.
