The result of renouncing any chemicals aside from very little sulfur sets this bottle apart from the rest. Native yeast fermentation, 15 months in cement vat and barrel, minimal additions — this is Bordeaux made by a family who has been farming biodynamically for over two decades and certified by Demeter since 2013.
