Champagne Manon Boutillez-Guer, 'Accent Tonique' Champagne Extra Brut

95% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Noir. Manon Boutillez-Guer’s family has been in Villers-Marmery for over five centuries. Manon returned to winemaking in 2018, and launched her first micro cuvees in 2020. Manon is working some plots in an organic and biodynamic way, and she earned an HVE/VDC certification in 2021. She works taking into account the moon cycle (especially for bottling and disgorging), and she is very curious of the biodiversity in her vineyard. Accent Tonique is electric, bright and zippy. Mostly made from 2020 vintage and has 2g dosage. Disgorged March 2023. 2400 bottles produced.
